Red Light Therapy Saunas
No products in this collection yet.
All saunasSauna 4–7 times a week is linked to 40% lower all-cause mortality (Laukkanen et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015). The benefit tracks with frequency — every Peak is built to make that frequency effortless.
About this collection: Red Light Therapy Saunas buyer's guide
The best red light therapy sauna depends on what you prioritize. Every Peak full-spectrum model includes a built-in full-body panel with 8 wavelengths (630–1060nm) and 216 dual-chip LEDs — with irradiance published at three seating distances (175 mW/cm² at 6", 107 at 12", 80 at 24") — standard, not as an add-on. For most buyers: the Fuji 2-Person ( $8,250). For a standard wall outlet: the Shasta ( $6,950). For simultaneous two-person red light: the Denali (two panels, $9,750). On a budget under $2,500, a standalone red light panel plus a basic FAR cabin from a budget brand is the honest answer — we don't make one.

Best red light therapy sauna by use case
Best overall: Fuji 2-Person — $8,250
XL 8-wavelength (630–1060nm) panel standard in a cedar full-spectrum cabin. The strongest published red light specification per dollar in the category as of August 2026.
Best on a standard outlet: Shasta 1-Person — $6,950
Runs on 120V/15A — no electrician. The lowest-price full-spectrum cabin with a full-body 8-wavelength panel. Our best seller.
Best for two people at once: Denali 3-Person — $9,750
Two full-body panels, 216 dual-chip LEDs each — no seat-swapping. Cedar version: Matterhorn ( $10,950).
Best outdoor: Patagonia 2-Person — $10,950
Outdoor-rated to 170°F with a built-in panel; no cover required. Larger: Kilimanjaro 5-Person ( $15,450), El Capitan 4-Person (two panels, $16,750).
Best budget path: not a Peak
Under ~$2,500 there's no cabin with genuine full-body red light. A standalone panel plus a budget FAR sauna (Dynamic, Maxxus) is the honest route.

Every panel shares the same 8 wavelengths (630–1060nm): red 630/650/660/670nm + near-infrared 810/830/850/1060nm. XL and full-body panels carry 216 dual-chip LEDs with irradiance published at 6"/12"/24"; the compact Mini uses a smaller front-wall version of the same dual-chip design.
Not the best fit if… you want traditional steam and löyly (look at Finnmark or a traditional stove build), you need verified 165–170°F indoor cabin temps today (Sun Home publishes Garage Gym Reviews-verified numbers), or your budget is under $2,500 (standalone panel + budget FAR cabin). We'd rather route you right than sell you wrong.
FAQs
What is the best red light therapy sauna for most people?
The Peak Fuji 2-Person ( $8,250): full-spectrum cabin plus an included XL panel with 8 wavelengths (630–1060nm), 216 dual-chip LEDs, and irradiance published at three seating distances. Full comparison: Best Red Light Therapy Saunas (2026).
Is the red light therapy included or an add-on?
Included standard on every Peak full-spectrum model. Several competitors sell red light as a separate $1,500–$2,000 add-on or include only 2-wavelength panels, as of August 2026.
What's the difference between chromotherapy and red light therapy?
Chromotherapy is colored mood lighting with no meaningful dose. Therapeutic red light delivers specific red/near-infrared wavelengths at measured irradiance — if a brand won't state wavelengths and irradiance, assume chromotherapy.
Do I need an electrician?
Not for the Shasta or Rainier (standard 120V/15A outlet). Everest/Fuji need a dedicated 120V/20A outlet; 3-person and outdoor models need a dedicated 240V circuit.
What's the warranty?
Limited lifetime on structure, wood & heating elements (defined as 7 years residential), 1-year red light panel, and lifetime U.S.-based support. Full terms: warranty page.
