Peak Saunas 7-Year Warranty

Effective for Residential Use Only

At Peak Saunas, we’re committed to delivering quality, performance, and peace of mind. That’s why every Peak Sauna is backed by our 7-Year Warranty, ensuring that your investment is protected under normal residential use.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to original purchases made directly from Peak Saunas or an authorized dealer. Coverage begins on the date of delivery.

Accessories (e.g. cup holders, thermometers, etc.)	1 Year
WiFi/App Connectivity	1 Year

 

Note: “Lifetime” refers to the expected life of the component, defined as 7 years for residential use under normal conditions. This is consistent with top industry standards.

Professional Technical Support Coverage

Every Peak Saunas purchase includes 1 Year of Professional Technical Support Coverage from the date of delivery. If an issue cannot be diagnosed remotely by a Peak Saunas support technician over phone, email, or video call, Peak Saunas will arrange for a certified technician to visit the installation site to diagnose the issue.

• Coverage is diagnostic only — it covers the technician’s assessment and identification of the fault. It does not cover repair labor, part replacement labor, or reinstallation.

• Coverage is capped at $350 per claim and limited to one (1) site visit.

• Any diagnosis, repair, or labor costs beyond the $350 cap or beyond the single visit are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers must first contact support@peaksaunas.com to attempt remote diagnosis before a visit is scheduled.

• If a technician determines the issue resulted from user error, misuse, or improper installation rather than a manufacturing defect, all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Labor or technician fees associated with diagnosis, service, or installation, except as expressly provided under Professional Technical Support Coverage above

• Normal wear and tear, discoloration, fading, or cosmetic changes over time

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions

• Commercial or rental use (separate commercial warranty available)

• Use with unauthorized parts or modifications

• Freight or shipping costs for replacement parts after 90 days from delivery

• Damage caused by weather, water, power surges, pests, or Acts of God

Important Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Product must be used in a residential indoor setting unless explicitly approved.

• Warranty is automatically registered upon ordering.

Support After Warranty

While labor and out-of-warranty components are not covered, Peak Saunas provides lifetime product support to all original owners. If you need help with troubleshooting, part replacements, or questions years down the road — we’ll still be here to help.

Peak Saunas reserves the right to determine whether any warranty claim qualifies for replacement. In some cases, photographic or video evidence may be required. We may repair, replace, or issue credit at our discretion.
