Refund policy

We proudly offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. Here’s how it works:

  • You may assemble, install, and use your Peak Sauna to try it at home.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided:

    • The sauna is in good, working, resalable condition.

    • It is fully disassembled and repacked into the original crate and packaging materials in which it was delivered.

     

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • The customer is always responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. No return shipping labels are provided.

  • All returns must be initiated via email. Please email support@peaksaunas.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • Photos and video of the disassembled and repacked sauna may be required before approval for return shipping.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled at any time before they enter the “Shipped” stage for a 5% cancellation fee.

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy and applicable restocking fees.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email support@peaksaunas.com or call (470) 665-3747.

  • Include your order number and request a cancellation.

  • Our team will respond within 24 hours.

 

Shipped Product(s)

  • Once an order ships, it is subject to the return policy and restocking fees if returned.

  • If an order is refused upon delivery, or if delivery is turned around because a customer did not schedule a delivery appointment, it will be returned to the warehouse and treated as a return under this policy.

 

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Any product that has been modified

  • Any product not in resalable condition

  • Any product not accompanied by an order number

  • Any product not in the original box or crate with sufficient packaging materials

  • Samples or display units

 

Damaged Products Policy

If your product arrives damaged:

  1. If the box shows visible damage, take clear photos, refuse delivery, and note the damage with the driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill.

  2. If no damage is visible on the box, inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you discover damage, take photos or videos and email us right away at support@peaksaunas.com.

  3. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored.

Our team will assist you in processing a replacement unit.

 

Exchange Policy

General Rules for Exchanges

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are accepted only for unused, uninstalled products in original packaging with the box and pallet.

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.

  • If a product has been used or installed (except for Peak Saunas under the trial policy), it cannot be exchanged.

How We Process Exchanges

  1. You arrange and pay for return shipping of the product(s) to be exchanged.

  2. Our warehouse inspects the returned product to confirm it’s in new condition.

  3. We issue a refund, less the restocking fee.

  4. You may place a new order for the desired product.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
