What is the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?

Infrared saunas use infrared light to directly heat your body at 120-150°F, while traditional saunas heat the air around you to 150-195°F. Infrared penetrates deeper into tissues for better detoxification and is more comfortable for longer sessions.

Do Peak Saunas come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Peak sauna is backed by a 7-Year Residential Warranty. Heating elements and the cabinetry and structure are covered for 7 years, the expected life of the sauna. The control system and power supply and the red light therapy panels are covered for 3 years. Chromotherapy lighting, the audio system, WiFi/app connectivity, and included accessories are covered for 1 year. Coverage starts on the delivery date and applies to the original purchaser. How long does shipping take?

Most Peak Saunas ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 5-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is always free within the continental US.

Can I finance my sauna purchase?

Yes. Financing is available through Bread Pay® for qualified buyers, with 0% APR options for those who qualify. Rates, terms, and approval depend on your purchase amount and credit qualifications, and a down payment may be required. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to return your sauna. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any returns as soon as the unit has been shipped from our warehouse, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Do I need special electrical for my sauna?

It depends on the model and size:

• 1-person Mini, Shasta, and Rainier, and the 2-person Crown: standard 120V/15A household outlet. Plug and play, no electrician needed.
• 2-person Fuji and Everest: dedicated 120V/20A outlet.
• 3-person Denali and Matterhorn, and the 2-person outdoor Patagonia: dedicated 240V/20A circuit.
• 4-person El Capitan and 5-person Kilimanjaro (outdoor): dedicated 240V/30A circuit.

Any dedicated outlet or circuit should be installed by a licensed electrician. The exact requirement is listed on each product page.

What is red light therapy and is it included?

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light (630-850nm) to promote cellular healing, reduce inflammation, and improve skin health. All Peak Saunas include medical-grade red light therapy panels at no extra cost.

How do I assemble my sauna?

Peak Saunas use a simple buckle-and-panel system that requires no tools. Most customers complete assembly in 30-60 minutes with just two people. We also offer professional assembly services in select areas.
