We had run into some issues with assembling the sauna. First, we had put the sides on wrong, as the panel was labeled "left side" and "right Side" and we thought it was as you were looking at the sauna but in reality it was while you were sitting in the sauna looking out. That took a while to figure out. Also, the bench seat wobbles and is not stable at all - so customer service sent a part that is supposed to stabilize the bench but there are no instructions on how to install it. We were also unaware that the power cord comes out of the front of the roof, not the back, so the outlet we installed is not high enough on the wall and we had to snake the cord under the roof in order for it to reach the outlet. This creates a gap in the roof that you can notice. It would have been great to know that in advance and we could have placed the outlet higher on the wall. In addition, the speaker system to connect to the phone worked great for the first use, but has not worked since. I have tried everything but I guess I have to call them again when I get a minute. All in all I had to call them a bunch of times and they were very helpful and responsive but I would prefer not to have to call at all. We have been using the sauna on a regular basis now and it is indeed helping us with sleep and overall wellness. It heats up quickly and effectively and are happy with how it works, just not happy with the wobbly seat, gap in the roof due to cord, and a glitchy bluetooth connection

Man oh man, what a treat. My wife and I have to take turns going first from day to day to avoid the conflict. If you’ve been on the fence with this decision, don’t wait another day. It is as easy to assemble as advertised, heats quickly and feels just great. Enjoy!

Received my sauna a few weeks ago and it was so easy to put together and I love it. I have only used it about 7 times but trying to get into a schedule.

We were able to try a couple of other brands to figure out if a dry sauna was for us, after looking at all the other brands, we liked the warranty for starters, the size of the 2 person was plenty big enough, being 6ft, i can stand inside not hunched over. The heat is fantastic, and the red light therapy panel takes it to a new level. Another aspect was the standard 120v 20amp outlet makes it all work, and wifi let's you get it pre warmed up

So far so good, once the Sauna showed up it has been great. It was a challenge as for the time frame that it took to get the sauna. Other than that everything was great. We ordered in April and did not receive the unit until the middle of July.

Absolutely love our sauna

I love everything about my Peak Everest sauna. I'm someone who pays close attention to details, and the build quality is exceptional. I've only owned it for a couple of months, but I already use it three to four times a week.

I started with 20–25 minute sessions at 125°F while using the built-in red light therapy, and it produces a great sweat. One tip: I recommend using dark protective glasses with the red light. I ended up buying an even darker pair on Amazon, and they've worked well for me.

Overall, I think it's an excellent value. One of the features I appreciate most is that it runs on a standard 120V outlet, so there was no need for special electrical work.

We have been using our Peak sauna for four weeks and live the experience. Decently easy to assemble but it does take a few people and some strong backs. Easy to operate and use the Bluetooth. Now for the Need to get better: It is simple to load the saunas app but the directions on how to load the functionality on your mobile devices is Terrible! Had to go to ChatGPT to figure out how to load on my phone! Very frustrating. Time will tell if the purchase was worth it but so far very nice!

After receiving my Rainier 1 person red cedar sauna I was very impressed with the special care that the Peak Sauna team took to package my sauna to avoid any mishaps during shipping. The wooden crate and the foam material that separated each panel was high quality which I didn’t want to throw away. The step by step instructions were very easy to follow and I had my sauna up and running in a very short time. These saunas are made with quality materials and craftsmanship. I haven’t had to use the support team yet, however I understand that they cn be emailed 24/7. I am very happy with my decision to cut out the middleman and buy from Peak Saunas. I am loving it.

We’re in week three of usage and it has been amazing! I find myself so relaxed after a good day of hard work and sitting in the peace I get inside of this sauna.

Beautiful sauna, arrived in a huge container which we pushed into the garage. Easy to take apart and carry sections (some quite heavy) into my basement. Took us about two hours with two people to assemble. Directions along with a you tube video we found made it pretty easy. Once set up we started it up and were enjoying it that same day. Very happy with it so far!! Highly recommend!

We’ve had our sauna for about 30 days and really haven’t started any of Peak’s formal programs, but we use the sauna 3-4 times/week. It really makes you feel good and it really relaxes you for bedtime. We love it
