We did A LOT of research looking for the right sauna and could not be happier with the Peak Shasta 1 person sauna. Assemple was easy but you do need 2 people. Customer serivce was great at quickly answering my questions.
The two person Seattle low EMF Sauna is a great value buy. It was an easy two person set up. My whole family loves it.

The whole experience from ordering, communications, delivery and set up was honestly one of the best and easiest decisions we've made.
I have had some bad experiences with deliveries from online cabinets to furnishings. But I can honestly tell you that the delivery experience was very good. The communication with the company was awesome. The delivery company was great.
As for the sauna. Wow. Fantastic. The ease of setup was super fast and simple to follow.
The quality is great.

It's only receiving 4 stars because it takes 45 minutes to heat up and it can't seem to get above 150. I'd love it to be hotter. Also the giant crate it ships in requires you to either rent a dumpster to dispose of it or take a trip to the dump after borrowing a truck or trailer. Other than that, it's great.

Just to provide a bit of clarification: the Everest’s maximum operating temperature is 150°F by design, and a 30–45 minute heat-up time is standard, depending on ambient temperature and where the sauna is installed. This operating range allows the infrared heaters to deliver consistent, therapeutic heat while maintaining long-term component reliability.
Regarding the shipping crate, we completely understand the concern. In most areas, municipalities offer free bulk item pickup directly from the curb, which often makes disposal much easier. The main exceptions tend to be rural areas, where a drop-off may be required.
We really appreciate the feedback — it helps set clear expectations for future customers — and we’re happy to hear that aside from those points, the sauna has been a great addition. If you ever have questions or need support, our team is always here to help.
Great service, fast shipping, and a great sauna--we bought the 2 person Venice Elite. Reasonably easy to put together and simple to operate. Definitely different than a regular sauna, but very nice, just took a bit to get used to.
The instruction book needs a lot of help and your website needs polished and now I see it is completely different, I can't even find the one I just bought--what's up with that? Any way the website I saw before said no tools needed, not exactly true, you do need a power driver.

Our new sauna is great. We replaced our 12 year old sauna with a new one and WOW what a difference. We are loving the comfort and the controls. I expected improvements in the technology but this is way beyond expectations.
Nice construction with solid components, easy to assemble (two person build recommended, I was able to do it alone) and beautiful look inside and out.

My Peak sauna is everything I wanted it to be! It arrived 1 week after ordering. We were able to put it together in less than an hour. Plugged it in and enjoyed a session right away! I've been using an infrared sauna at my local YMCA. This is even better! I get to play my own music and it is so much more relaxing! I bought the padded bench and the canadian Hemlock backrests! ***chefs kiss*** perfection!

Once I was able to assemble the sauna I enjoyed using it. It works very well. Unfortunately, the assembly and use manual that came with the sauna is the most poorly written manual I've used in 50 years, with incorrect, misleading, and missing information. Please have one of your techs re-write it while actually assembling a Shasta sauna.

Sauna delivered as promised, assembly was faster than anticipated, heats and operates flawlessly. I did have to email service for a cable that was misplaced by me. Got a quick phone call, assisted in finding the cable in crate and a replacement was shipped within days just in case. Great, great service. A follow up email was received a few days later just to ensure the sauna was operating properly and a promise to always be there for the life of my sauna. Very happy here.

I am absolutely loving my Peak Saunas Shasta one-person sauna. As a contractor, I’m very familiar with things arriving damaged or not working properly right out of the box, so I was honestly prepared for at least one issue. Instead, delivery was flawless, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the unit fired up beautifully on the first try. Huge relief.
Putting it together was very straightforward (minus one tiny hiccup in the instructions, which was easy enough to figure out), and I was in my first sauna session within a few hours of it arriving. Another big plus: the setup only requires a standard plug - no special electrical work needed - so it was truly plug-and-play. Now I can feel confident recommending this sauna to our clients for their custom gym set ups!
For a small space, this sauna is a dream. It’s compact, looks ****, and blends in perfectly with my existing decor. It has all the features I was looking for in an infrared sauna: it works great with both the manual controls and the app, the red light therapy is a really cool added bonus, and the built-in Bluetooth speakers and color-changing LED strips really round out the experience and make each session feel elevated.
