Peak Saunas Warranty
7-Year Limited Residential Warranty
Effective for Residential Use Only
Peak Saunas provides a 7-Year Limited Warranty for all saunas used in residential applications only. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship, reliable performance, and long-term customer satisfaction.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage begins on the date of delivery and applies only to products purchased directly from Peak Saunas or an authorized dealer. Warranty coverage is automatically activated at the time of purchase; no separate registration is required.
Installation Window: The sauna must be installed within six (6) months of the delivery date. Units left uninstalled beyond this window are not covered under this warranty until inspected and approved by Peak Saunas.
What's Covered
Under normal residential use and proper installation, the following components are covered:

| Control System & Power Supply | Control panel, circuit boards, transformers, relays, and factory-installed wiring harnesses. | 3 Years |

Installation & Electrical Requirements Affecting Coverage
This warranty is conditioned on installation that meets the electrical and clearance requirements outlined in Section 1 of this manual for your specific model. Specifically:
- 2-Person and larger models must be connected to a dedicated circuit matching the voltage, amperage, and receptacle type specified for your model. Use of a power strip, extension cord, adapter, or non-dedicated circuit voids this warranty. 1-Person and Mini models do not require a dedicated circuit but must still be connected per the electrical requirements specified for your model.
- This sauna is not compatible with GFCI outlets unless otherwise specified for your model. Installing on a GFCI-protected outlet where not required by local code may cause nuisance tripping and is not a covered warranty issue.
- Indoor models are designed for indoor, moisture-free use only and must not be installed near a water source (shower, bath, cold plunge, or similar) closer than the clearance specified for your model, or exposed to standing water or excess humidity. Outdoor models must still avoid direct water pooling or spray onto electrical components per Section 1. Exceeding these limits voids this warranty.
- Minimum wall and roof clearances specified in Section 1 for your model must be maintained. Installation outside these clearances that results in heat or moisture damage is not covered.
- Outdoor models must be installed on a flat, stable, well-drained surface (such as a concrete pad, paver patio, composite decking, or pressure-treated wood platform) as specified in Section 1 of this manual. Installation directly on grass, soil, or gravel, or on a surface that allows water to pool around the base, voids this warranty.
Professional Technical Support Coverage
New: Every Peak Saunas purchase includes 1 Year of Professional Technical Support Coverage from the date of delivery.
If an issue cannot be diagnosed remotely by a Peak Saunas support technician over phone, email, or video call, Peak Saunas will arrange for a certified technician to visit the installation site to diagnose the issue.
- Coverage is diagnostic only. It covers the technician's assessment and identification of the fault — it does not cover repair labor, part replacement labor, or reinstallation.
- Coverage is capped at $350 per claim and limited to one (1) site visit.
- Any diagnosis, repair, or labor costs beyond the $350 cap or beyond the single visit are the responsibility of the customer.
- This coverage applies only when the issue cannot reasonably be diagnosed over the phone by Peak Saunas support; customers must first contact support@peaksaunas.com or call to attempt remote diagnosis before a visit is scheduled.
- Replacement parts found to be defective remain separately covered under the component warranty terms above.
- If a technician determines that an issue resulted from user error, misuse, or improper installation rather than a manufacturing defect, all associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Natural Wood Disclaimer
Peak Saunas cabins are built from solid, natural wood. Because the wood is left untreated, each cabin carries its own natural, rustic character and will age and wear differently than painted, laminated, or composite furniture.
Differences in color, grain, knots, and small surface-level cracks are inherent to natural wood and are expected — they are not manufacturing defects.
As temperature and humidity shift, wood panels may expand or contract slightly. This is a normal property of solid wood and has no effect on the sauna's structural integrity or performance.
Outdoor Model Maintenance Requirements
Outdoor models feature a space-grade aluminum exterior with an electroplated baked-varnish finish. Coverage of the exterior housing under this warranty depends on following these care requirements, including:
- Cleaning the exterior every 1–3 months with warm water, a mild pH-neutral detergent, and a soft microfiber cloth or sponge.
- Never using abrasive pads, steel wool, high-pressure washers, bleach, or acidic cleaners on the exterior finish.
- Rinsing the exterior monthly in coastal or high-salt environments to prevent salt accumulation.
- Inspecting exterior fasteners, hinges, and door hardware every 3–6 months, and keeping the roof clear of leaves, snow, and standing debris.
Damage resulting from failure to follow these care requirements — including finish damage from prohibited cleaning methods, corrosion from unaddressed salt exposure, or structural stress from excess snow load — is not covered.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor or technician fees for diagnosis, service, or installation, except as expressly provided under Professional Technical Support Coverage above.
- Normal wear and tear, discoloration, fading, or cosmetic changes over time.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow the instructions in this manual.
- Commercial or rental use (a separate commercial warranty is available upon request).
- Use with unauthorized parts, non-factory accessories, or unapproved modifications.
- Freight or shipping costs for replacement parts after 90 days from delivery.
- Damage caused by weather, water, power surges, pests, or Acts of God.
- Damage to the exterior aluminum finish on outdoor models caused by improper cleaning products or methods, unaddressed salt exposure, or installation on a surface that allows water to pool around the base.
- Damage resulting from installation on a non-dedicated circuit (for models requiring one), a GFCI-protected outlet, or within the water-clearance restrictions described above.
