Fuji

We are very pleased with our purchase of the Fuji model. I have been using it for two weeks and feel like my sleep quality has already improved. I am so glad I went with the 2 person size as it is big enough for my husband and I without feeling claustrophobic. Plus when it is just me I feel like I can stretch out a bit. We are impressed with the quality of the materials even the sound system is great which I didn’t expect. My son helped us lay the big crate down, but we did the rest just the two of us and it was quite simple to put together. Looking forward to many years of this working for us!

We bought our sauna after visiting a spa, listening to several podcasts, lots of research and settled on the Peak Fuji. Absolutely the best wellness investment we have made. Everything else has improved. The only thing: we wish we’d have bought the three person just to have more space and potentially, partially lay down. Aside from that, zero issues. We love our sauna and we’ve been using it 3-5x’s per week for around six months.

We recently took delivery of our two-person outdoor Patagonia Sauna from Peak Saunas. While getting the unit here took longer than we hoped, it was right inline with what Peak Saunas promised. With assistance from Caleb, in customer service, we were able to easily coordinate delivery around d our busy travel/work schedule which was a huge relief.

Assembly took about 4.5 hours with the assistance of a neighbor, but it was actually kind of fun to assemble and the directions and assembly kit were on point. I did hit a snag with the door handle assembly and Caleb again came to the rescue with detailed “additional instructions “, I ended up modifying the assembly since what was sent appeared to be defective. Peak Saunas is sending a replacement which I hope to receive in a few weeks.

The quality of the unit is top shelf. A friend that owns a two-person Sunlighten sauna was blow away and referred to my Patagonia as a serious upgrade from his sauna.

The only negatives, which are arguably minor are as follows; the ionizer lacks sufficient operating details. I can’t really tell if it’s working or not and it seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the unit. It came with a scent package which I threw out because I had no clue what it was. The Bluetooth connectivity for audio is a little wonky, but we are adjusting and having fewer problems the more we use it. (Switching between users). Even with these minor inconveniences, I still rate Peak Saunas 5.0 for quality, customer service and honestly, the beauty of the unit.

We have seamlessly integrated the sauna into our lives, using it regularly and already noticing the wished for results; less joint pain, stress reduction and sleep improvement.

One more thing: I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Peak Wellness Club and instructional videos. Peak Saunas leans in on the customer experience, they truly believe in their product and the wellness aspect. Bravo, Austin from Peak Saunas, you have a new evangelist out here singing your praises!

We’ve had the 1 person infrared for a couple weeks now, so long term unknown. The unit heats up fast and get hot. Only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the 120-140 range but then continues up into 150s/160s, and has even got to 172towards the 45 minutes mark. The heat coverage is very good. So far no complaints, and we are really enjoying the sauna experience.

Well of course it’s hot but beyond the temperature, it’s a really good looking addition to our backyard. The El Capitan is constructed of top quality components and materials, assembly was easy and Peak is great to deal with. I’ve had no problems but when I’ve had questions they are very responsive. The only regret I have is not buying it sooner!

I love my Shasta. I turned our living room into my Pilates and sauna room! Who needs a living room anyway… it was only used at Christmas time! Having the flexibility to move from workout to sauna in my own home is literally game changing. And… I don’t have to share with any other sweaty person!

I love my Shasta sauna! I’m using it often. I love to listen to music in my sauna. I like to light up my sauna in different colors. I like the option of using the infrared or the red light therapy panel or both at one time. I’m happy I chose Peak. I had questions prior to ordering, I left a message and Danielle called me back and answered all of my questions. Maybe more than once🙂 I also had questions when we were setting up the sauna, I talked to a couple of different guys and both were very helpful. We communicated through phone and texting.

Price wasn't a consideration. The people, product and value are what matter to me. We finally got the sauna built in. I have to say, its awesome. I haven't been able to sit in one place for 20 minutes since i was a child. Throwing on some meditation or chill music, the time flies by. Its not even something "I have to do." Its something I look forward to. Perfect product and phenomenal people.

For anyone who is ready to prioritize their health, start healing, or rediscover the energy they’ve been missing, I can’t recommend my Peak Sauna enough!
Putting it together was actually very easy. Peak provides excellent and very comprehensive information before delivery—my only mistake was not reviewing it closely ahead of time. Trust me, take a few minutes to read through it!
One helpful tip: check which side of the crate opens before laying it down. I didn’t, and ended up having to call a couple of friends to help flip the crate over so I could reach the screws to open it. Lesson learned!
Since getting it set up, I’ve been using my sauna every single day. It’s incredibly relaxing, helps relieve tension, and has quickly become one of my favorite ways to recharge and care for my body.
Investing in your health is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. I’m absolutely loving my sauna experience, and I truly hope you’ll love yours too!

It is so easy to use as I turn the sauna on remotely using my smart phone and by the time I change clothes and jump into the sauna is up to temperature.

All the literature on the website describing the sauna is spot on. I even talked to a peak representative prior to ordering and she was very friendly and helpful.

The drivers delivered the crated sauna into my garage and me and my son assembled it in the garage and I was using that night.

After a lot of comparison shopping, we decided to go with Peak Saunas for our in-home sauna purchase. They could not have been easier to work with and helped us with the selection and with timing the shipment so that we could be home and make sure the space was ready for installation. The crate arrived as described in great shape, and assembly was relatively straightforward. The documentation and videos they sent us were also super helpful. The sauna itself works just as described and looks even better in person. We all love this new addition to our basement fitness area. Peak Saunas has been friendly and professional throughout the entire process.

Love this thing! It's really helped my wife and I evening routine. No tv; just a sauna/red light session, shower, and bed. The only pain was figuring out how many outlets were branching from our 20 amp breaker and move the sauna to that specific outlet and cap off the others. Other than that, we got it done! Now, the plunge is on the other side of the garage for mornings, sauna on the opposite side for evenings. We're slowly getting the 'wellness' space together. Thanks Peak Saunas!

I received my sauna about two weeks after placing the order, and it arrived very well packaged in a sturdy box crate for protection. The unboxing process was simple and straightforward. That said, I would definitely recommend having a second person help with the installation and assembly it makes putting everything together much easier.

This is my first time ever owning a sauna, and so far I’ve been very pleased with it. It heats up relatively fast, which has been great for fitting sessions into my schedule. I’ve also really appreciated the red light therapy feature, it feels like a valuable addition to the overall experience.

Typically, I let the sauna warm up for about 20 minutes, then spend 30 to 40 minutes inside. By the time I’m done, I come out with a great sweat and feel refreshed and relaxed. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and feel like I’m already experiencing the benefits.
