1. Sponsor

The Fuji Sauna Giveaway 2026 (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Peak Saunas (peaksaunas.com) (the "Sponsor"). Contact: support@peaksaunas.com.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins August 6, 2026 and ends September 7, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be counted.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible (prize delivery is not available there). Residents of Florida are not eligible at this time, pending the Sponsor's sweepstakes registration in that state. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Enter for free online at peaksaunas.com/giveaway-2026 by completing the entry form during the Entry Period. Internet access is required; no purchase or payment is necessary. This is the only method of entry.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries using the same email address or the same mobile number will be rejected as duplicates. Entries generated by scripts, bots, or other automated means are void. Agreeing to receive marketing email or texts is optional and has no effect on entry or odds of winning.

6. Prize

• One (1) winner receives a Fuji 2-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with Full-Body Medical-Grade Red Light Therapy and Smart WiFi App Control.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $8,250.
• Includes free delivery in a protective crate (typically 1–2 weeks) within the eligible states.
• Does not include electrical work or installation. The sauna requires a dedicated 120V/20A outlet (NEMA 5-20P); electrical hookup and any installation are the winner's responsibility.
• No cash substitution or transfer, except the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the winner's sole responsibility.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 12, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and must respond and confirm eligibility within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and state in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

• The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, or submitted in violation of these rules, and may suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, selecting the winner from eligible entries received before such action.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• The Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.
• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Klaviyo, or any social media platform.

11. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is handled according to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entering the Giveaway does not subscribe you to marketing email or texts; those are separate, optional choices on the entry form.
