We were able to try a couple of other brands to figure out if a dry sauna was for us, after looking at all the other brands, we liked the warranty for starters, the size of the 2 person was plenty big enough, being 6ft, i can stand inside not hunched over. The heat is fantastic, and the red light therapy panel takes it to a new level. Another aspect was the standard 120v 20amp outlet makes it all work, and wifi let's you get it pre warmed up
If you're looking for a sauna, Peak offers a quality that is unmatched . I've owned a couple over the years being my first over twenty years ago. Relocating due to life getting in the way of my plans and trying to move one across country I found it easier to pass them on. I came across the Peak brand and glad I did. They are well made and customer service is top notch. I use it daily as part of my routine realizing health is wealth. Don't hesitate to start your journey. You will be a happy camper and notice the difference in mind, body, and spirit within a short time. Go for it. I spoiled myself with the red cedar. Nothing like the scent through out my small place. Two thumbs up!
So far so good, once the Sauna showed up it has been great. It was a challenge as for the time frame that it took to get the sauna. Other than that everything was great. We ordered in April and did not receive the unit until the middle of July.
I love everything about my Peak Everest sauna. I'm someone who pays close attention to details, and the build quality is exceptional. I've only owned it for a couple of months, but I already use it three to four times a week.
I started with 20–25 minute sessions at 125°F while using the built-in red light therapy, and it produces a great sweat. One tip: I recommend using dark protective glasses with the red light. I ended up buying an even darker pair on Amazon, and they've worked well for me.
Overall, I think it's an excellent value. One of the features I appreciate most is that it runs on a standard 120V outlet, so there was no need for special electrical work.

We’ve been very pleased with our Fuji Sauna and using it almost daily for about a month now..
• It was shipped in a very solid well packed crate.
• Setup was very easy. Took my 14 year old son and I less than an hour.
• Sauna heats up quickly and the remote start with the app is really useful if you want to pre-heat or schedule it to turn on at a certain time.
• The red light is excellent quality and easy to use.
• Customer service was excellent. We initially had a couple issues. Our shipping was delayed due to the military conflict in the Middle East, and our corner light arrived with a broken bulb, but they compensated us fairly and replaced the broken part right away.
Overall we’d definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for an infrared sauna!
After receiving my Rainier 1 person red cedar sauna I was very impressed with the special care that the Peak Sauna team took to package my sauna to avoid any mishaps during shipping. The wooden crate and the foam material that separated each panel was high quality which I didn’t want to throw away. The step by step instructions were very easy to follow and I had my sauna up and running in a very short time. These saunas are made with quality materials and craftsmanship. I haven’t had to use the support team yet, however I understand that they cn be emailed 24/7. I am very happy with my decision to cut out the middleman and buy from Peak Saunas. I am loving it.
Beautiful sauna, arrived in a huge container which we pushed into the garage. Easy to take apart and carry sections (some quite heavy) into my basement. Took us about two hours with two people to assemble. Directions along with a you tube video we found made it pretty easy. Once set up we started it up and were enjoying it that same day. Very happy with it so far!! Highly recommend!
We’ve had our sauna for about 30 days and really haven’t started any of Peak’s formal programs, but we use the sauna 3-4 times/week. It really makes you feel good and it really relaxes you for bedtime. We love it
Unfortunately, it took so long for the shipping company to deliver it, we had to leave immediately upon its arrival. We haven’t been able to get back there.
We’ve had our Fuji 2 person sauna for a couple of months. From the first call through today the staff of Peak Sauna have been superb! Assembly was just as described, quick (about 1.5 hrs) to open the box and complete the assembly. We use the sauna 1-2 times a day, it is almost addictive. I would highly recommend this sauna to anyone looking to purchase a sauna. The red light therapy is a great addition!
We are very pleased with our purchase of the Fuji model. I have been using it for two weeks and feel like my sleep quality has already improved. I am so glad I went with the 2 person size as it is big enough for my husband and I without feeling claustrophobic. Plus when it is just me I feel like I can stretch out a bit. We are impressed with the quality of the materials even the sound system is great which I didn’t expect. My son helped us lay the big crate down, but we did the rest just the two of us and it was quite simple to put together. Looking forward to many years of this working for us!
We bought our sauna after visiting a spa, listening to several podcasts, lots of research and settled on the Peak Fuji. Absolutely the best wellness investment we have made. Everything else has improved. The only thing: we wish we’d have bought the three person just to have more space and potentially, partially lay down. Aside from that, zero issues. We love our sauna and we’ve been using it 3-5x’s per week for around six months.
We recently took delivery of our two-person outdoor Patagonia Sauna from Peak Saunas. While getting the unit here took longer than we hoped, it was right inline with what Peak Saunas promised. With assistance from Caleb, in customer service, we were able to easily coordinate delivery around d our busy travel/work schedule which was a huge relief.
Assembly took about 4.5 hours with the assistance of a neighbor, but it was actually kind of fun to assemble and the directions and assembly kit were on point. I did hit a snag with the door handle assembly and Caleb again came to the rescue with detailed “additional instructions “, I ended up modifying the assembly since what was sent appeared to be defective. Peak Saunas is sending a replacement which I hope to receive in a few weeks.
The quality of the unit is top shelf. A friend that owns a two-person Sunlighten sauna was blow away and referred to my Patagonia as a serious upgrade from his sauna.
The only negatives, which are arguably minor are as follows; the ionizer lacks sufficient operating details. I can’t really tell if it’s working or not and it seems a little cheap compared to the rest of the unit. It came with a scent package which I threw out because I had no clue what it was. The Bluetooth connectivity for audio is a little wonky, but we are adjusting and having fewer problems the more we use it. (Switching between users). Even with these minor inconveniences, I still rate Peak Saunas 5.0 for quality, customer service and honestly, the beauty of the unit.
We have seamlessly integrated the sauna into our lives, using it regularly and already noticing the wished for results; less joint pain, stress reduction and sleep improvement.
One more thing: I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the Peak Wellness Club and instructional videos. Peak Saunas leans in on the customer experience, they truly believe in their product and the wellness aspect. Bravo, Austin from Peak Saunas, you have a new evangelist out here singing your praises!
We’ve had the 1 person infrared for a couple weeks now, so long term unknown. The unit heats up fast and get hot. Only takes 10-15 minutes to get to the 120-140 range but then continues up into 150s/160s, and has even got to 172towards the 45 minutes mark. The heat coverage is very good. So far no complaints, and we are really enjoying the sauna experience.
