Peak Saunas Matterhorn 2-Person Indoor Near Zero EMF Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with XL Medical-Grade Red Light Therapy & Smart WiFi App Control

Desperately needed a new sauna for my business, so glad I discovered Peak Wellness. I purchased The Barcelona 1-2 Person Low EMF Indoor FAR Infrared Sauna - it's perfect! I wanted to downsize for the space we have, this was the perfect choice. Love how easy to use it is, and unlike my old sauna it has the option for red light therapy and chromotherapy. I made my purchase online, but did have to call into sales for assistance. Amazing customer service. From start to finish it was a seamless process. Received my sauna sooner than expected which is fantastic. Took a little longer than I expected, but overall very user friendly.

Bottom Line: We absolutely love our Lugano. We set it up yesterday afternoon and enjoyed our first session shortly thereafter.

Delivery Issues: We were scheduled for a 7 to 10MAY delivery. According to the shipping company's ("Custom Companies") tracking app, the 510# palletized unit arrived at the local delivery company on 5MAY at 10:30AM. We were informed by Peak Saunas that the local company would contact us to schedule the drop. Never heard anything for almost a week, so we called Peak and got the name and number of the local delivery company. We suggest that the local delivery company's contact information is given to the customer in advance. After several start/stop delivery attempts and some miscommunication with the local delivery company, we received our Lugano unit on 11MAY at 7:30PM. Many thanks to Peak Sauna for stepping up and coordinating the delivery from their side.

SET-UP: The unit arrived on a 22" x 72" pallet consisting of 3 large boxes containing the bottom, top, sides, bench, and a bottom heat module. The location of the owners manual was indicated on the outside of one of the boxes (nice touch). The manual is written well. It's a straight-forward assembly process that requires 2 people. Do not try to assemble alone - there's no way. For our application we built a platform for the Lugano to ensure level and to raise it above the floor by about 4". We were impressed with the fitment of all the component parts! The electrical connections were labeled well. Total set-up time after unpacking the 3 boxes was less than an hour, FYI.

TECHNICAL ISSUE: The 20A main power cord is not a standard US configuration (we gave this feedback to Peak Sauna yesterday). To fit a properly "to Electrical Code" installed 20A outlet (with ground at bottom of the line and hot receptacles), the power cord had to be inserted upside-down. We'll have to remove the outlet and re-install it upside-down so the cord is vertically downward instead of going vertical upwards. We'll likely buy a correct cord and re-wire it into the control box. In either case, this should be fixed at the manufacturer.

It's heating up now for our second session and we can't wait to jump in it this morning. The 3-Person Lugano unit is just about right for the two of us.

Customer service was outstanding during purchase, especially receiving the thank you video after ordering. Sauna was packaged very well and received in excellent condition.

Impressed with its quality and how easy it was to put together. My wife and I assembled it in about 30 minutes. We both love the Bluetooth feature and the chromotherapy and red light therapy, while I enjoy the soothing heat. It has become part of our daily routine since receiving it in early February.

I really do like this sauna. It is my first one so I don’t have any to compare it to. The purchase was a very pleasant experience with well trained and super friendly sales associate.
The quality of the sauna parts and wood is very good IMO. The main wood used as the sauna walls was very nice, not sure of the wood used on the trim wood but I would have liked to see something better. I only had one board, unfortunately it was a trim door piece, that was warped. It made for a difficult fit and semi complicated install. Not horrible but inconvenient and not something easily replaced in the middle of the project.
They sent more than enough hardware in case of loosing some during assembly, so that was nice to see.
I did not care for the instruction manual. Lots of it was easy to understand but other parts could have, and should have, been elaborated on.( the door assembly and install, shingle process, and worse the black trim board assembly)

Overall I am very happy with it

Delivery and packaging were excellent. Setup went well, but actual color pictures in the instructions would have been helpful. Used it for first time yesterday, and it works as advertised, was very relaxing and fun to use. Long-term benefits are TBD.

Works great! Easy to put together! 170 degrees at 20 minutes everyday! We are very pleased!

I received my Cardoba sauna on 11/22/24 and I am ABSOLUTELY loving it!! Even my husband is enjoying the benefits of using it. It does take a little bit to heat up around 20 mins, but once it gets to temperature let the sweating begin! We both fit in it but it is a little snug, however that doesn't both us and most times it is just one of us in it at a time. It was packaged very well when it arrived. It was pretty easy to put together took us about an hour and a half, most of that was getting the floor piece leveled on our floor. The bottom does make some noise when you step on it, just think it needs to have a little more support added to it. If you are on the fence like I was for many months don't wait, get one asap you won't regret it! I have more energy and just overall feel better. The last thing that made me decision was the company has a lifetime warranty on the sauna.

We did our research and ultimately decided to purchase a traditional outdoor sauna. And after reviewing multiple models, we decided on the three person version through Peak wellness USA. We also upgraded to the Wi-Fi version which we highly recommend. It makes using the sauna really convenient. The dedicated electrical circuit was a little more difficult than we anticipated, but overall feel it was worth it. I also suggest including two or three extra shingles for the roof as one on the corner had some damage. Really easy to put together with two people and was fun. Thank you and completely recommend!

We are very happy with our Cardoba 2 Person Sauna. Shipping was fast and driver was very friendly. Took about 2 hours to put together by myself. My wife helped me hold up front two walls to get started, then let me work. Very easy to assemble with the provided instructions.
I have it set up in the garage and it takes about 30min to get to 145 degrees. My wife and I have used it together the past few weeks and it’s amazing. Bluetooth speakers are loud and clear. Entire unit is extremely easy to use and get running. I recommend Peak Wellness and the Cardoba sauna, if you’re looking for a full spectrum infrared at a great price.

Excellent customer service when trying to decide on a model, during shipping questions, and after assembly. Response time has far exceeded my expectations. Finished product looks amazing. Assembly was probably under an hour with two people because we read and reread the steps to ensure accuracy and the ease of assembly is as easy and latching some buckles, plugging in some cords, and using four screws for the bench and four screws for the floor heater. I would highly recommend!!

I have worked construction all of my life. The daily toll that my body has take over the years, is adding up. In just one week, of 2 sessions a day, my joints feel so much better. Along with the Red Light therapy, my journey to healing , is on the way.

From the easy ordering to fast service. The shipping was out of this world. I work in transportation. Their packaging was fantastic my sauna was in perfect shape. Assemble was incredibly simple. Highly recommend this company.

We love our new sauna! It was easy to assemble right out of the box….took about 45 minutes with 2 people. Once assembled, we were able to use it that very night. The sauna preheats to about 110 degrees in about 15 minutes. The heaters are well placed! Highly recommend the back rests for added comfort. It’s plenty big for 2 adults. We also love the infrared light and the Bluetooth that is built in. The Bluetooth easily connects to our phone and TV.

I recently purchased a Peak Sauna and added it to my workout and cold plunge routine. It has taken my routine to the next level. I highly recommend the quality saunas from Peak!
