I bought my sauna during a remodel of my master bathroom. I ran into some issues with the remodel and Peak accommodated me by holding my shipping until I could get it into my home. I have not installed it yet but am sooooo close!! Cannot wait to use it because I know this product is going to help me on my health journey!

We have had the sauna for about a month now; I use it daily, and my husband uses it several times a week. We love it! It's labeled as a 1 person sauna, but technically 2 people could sit in there together (although a little snug). Shipping was incredibly fast, and it was super easy to put together. Bluetooth works well...my husband listens to podcasts via his phone, and I put my laptop on a cart outside the glass door and watch a show (makes the 30 minutes go by much faster, and keeps you from thinking about the buckets of sweat dripping down your back!) The cedar smells nice, it's not overpowering, and keeps the sauna smelling fresh. Our only complaint is that the Red light is positioned in such a way that you have to sit all the way to the side when it's on, and it still doesn't seem to reach the entire body; wish there was some sort of angle bracket to put in there so we could turn it a bit toward the center. (The 2 person sauna looks like there may be a little more room to the side of the red light, so it's probably not an issue in that one, but those require a dedicated plug, and we didn't have that). We are very happy with the Ranier sauna and highly recommend it!

Live my sauna have used it every day since I got it. Assembly is easy but definitely a two person job. It is well made and heats up to above 150 in about 15 minutes (it is in my garage but I live in Florida so ambient tent in the 70s). So far it is everything it was advertised to be. Fully living up to my expectations!

Performance has been solid. The unit heats up quickly, making it convenient for regular use. After two months, there have been no major issues.

Putting it together was actually very easy. Peak provides excellent and very comprehensive information before delivery—my only mistake was not reviewing it closely ahead of time. Trust me, take a few minutes to read through it!
One helpful tip: check which side of the crate opens before laying it down. I didn’t, and ended up having to call a couple of friends to help flip the crate over so I could reach the screws to open it. Lesson learned!
Since getting it set up, I’ve been using my sauna every single day. It’s incredibly relaxing, helps relieve tension, and has quickly become one of my favorite ways to recharge and care for my body.

My wife and I love our Peak Fuji 2-person sauna with Full-Body Medical-Grade Red Light Therapy & Smart WiFi App Control.

It is so easy to use as I turn the sauna on remotely using my smart phone and by the time I change clothes and jump into the sauna is up to temperature.

All the literature on the website describing the sauna is spot on. I even talked to a peak representative prior to ordering and she was very friendly and helpful.

The drivers delivered the crated sauna into my garage and me and my son assembled it in the garage and I was using that night.

They could not have been easier to work with and helped us with the selection and with timing the shipment so that we could be home and make sure the space was ready for installation. The crate arrived as described in great shape, and assembly was relatively straightforward. The documentation and videos they sent us were also super helpful. The sauna itself works just as described and looks even better in person. We all love this new addition to our basement fitness area. I purchased for my son and his collegiate triathlon team. It was delivered without any damage. Was very easy to set up and has worked perfectly. Having the WiFi app is a key feature.

Love this thing! It's really helped my wife and I evening routine. No tv; just a sauna/red light session, shower, and bed. The only pain was figuring out how many outlets were branching from our 20 amp breaker and move the sauna to that specific outlet and cap off the others. Other than that, we got it done! Now, the plunge is on the other side of the garage for mornings, sauna on the opposite side for evenings. We're slowly getting the 'wellness' space together. Thanks Peak Saunas!

Received the Denali about 2-3 weeks ago and its everything and more as advertised. The only compliant we have is we were looking to upgrade to the El Capitan, more room, and was told of a 25% restocking fee on top of shipping costs. I anticipated the shipping cost but not the 25% restocking fee. A little disappointed since we were planning on upgrading and not returning the unit or downsizing.

I received my sauna about two weeks after placing the order, and it arrived very well packaged in a sturdy box crate for protection. The unboxing process was simple and straightforward. That said, I would definitely recommend having a second person help with the installation and assembly it makes putting everything together much easier.

This is my first time ever owning a sauna, and so far I’ve been very pleased with it. It heats up relatively fast, which has been great for fitting sessions into my schedule. I’ve also really appreciated the red light therapy feature, it feels like a valuable addition to the overall experience.

Typically, I let the sauna warm up for about 20 minutes, then spend 30 to 40 minutes inside. By the time I’m done, I come out with a great sweat and feel refreshed and relaxed. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and feel like I’m already experiencing the benefits.

I found out about Peak Saunas through social media ads, and I was originally skeptical, as MANY ads on IG are scams......upon doing a bunch of online research, I could not find anything negative about the company or the products...I was still skeptical, however, as most of the reviews and info were on the Peak website itself....

I was looking for a 1-person sauna with a small enough footprint to fit into a "dead" area of my basement, "L"-shaped laundry room, and their 1-person Aspen model was the only one that would fit, so I threw caution to the wind and ordered it (in the summer, when home saunas are cheaper - prices go up in the fall and winter).

I have been using it for ~6 months now, and I have to say - I LOVE IT SO MUCH and I am so happy with both my purchase, and with their product support. There were no problems with my unit, but I did have some qu's, and their staff got back to me VERY fast for each of them, and were super helpful both over the phone and via email.

So - this company apparently used to sell other companies sauna's, and learned from them all, and then started designing and selling their own models under their own brand name, and undercutting the other brands on price, while still maintaining quality. That's what their marketing materials say, and I'm very thankful to say that they are telling the truth.

I used to only sauna when I was on vacation if the hotel had one - I can't say how happy I am that I can now sauna at home regularly instead of the brief time I'm on vacation. Honestly, it makes being at home FEEL like being on vacation.

Not enough good words out there to say how happy I am with this product and this company!!!

Have had our unit 3 weeks so far and we use it daily. The remote WiFi, built in speakers and RLT make this unit so easy to use with max impact. The deep heat penetration makes it different vs a traditional Finnish sauna. A wonderful complement to our steam sauna. A great investment with many benefits!
