His athletic background shapes how he approaches that work. Recovery mattered just as much — like a lot of Division I athletes, Caleb's introduction to heat therapy came through the training room, not a wellness blog. Both habits carried over: measure everything, and trust the protocol only when the data supports it.

At Peak, Caleb serves as the technical reviewer for the buyer's guides Austin Laudenslager writes. Before a guide is published, he checks its specifications against Peak's engineering documentation — wavelengths, irradiance figures, electrical requirements, dimensions — and checks competitor claims against the competitors' own published sources.
