Great, works great, it looks great and very much affordable. I am very happy with it and it really takes less than an hour to put together. I did it by myself and only needed one extra person for 5 minutes. Customer service also deserve a 5 stars

Have I ever used an infrared sauna before I purchased this? No. But someone told me I needed one and this is the one I researched, landed on, and FELL IN LOVE WITH!
First off, the cedar smell. Oh. My. Word. The minute you start unboxing, your room smells like a luxury spa. Honestly, it makes setup fun because you’re basically getting aromatherapy while you work.

Then you get it put together and think, “Holy sauna, this thing is huge.” But you quickly get over it because that giant space? Yeah—that’s YOUR new zen zone. PLENTY of room for me and the hubby.

Now, the red light panel. I’ll be real, my country-boy husband took one look at it and said, “What in the world is that big ol’ red light for?” Fast forward 24 hours and he’s barging in like, “Babe, move over, I need my red "lightning" session—this thing is actually helping that weird skin thing!” (He’s now a believer, SO am I ha.)

For me, it’s all about the peace. I preheat it from my phone while wrangling kids at bath time, then sneak in with my Kindle, some spa music, and sweat like crazy while no one bothers me. That’s 45 minutes of pure bliss—and yes, the cedar smell still makes me stupidly happy every time.

Oh, and the recovery? Unreal. After a heavy lift day, I feel way less wrecked and I sleep like a baby. Honestly, if I knew it would be this good, I’d have bought three.

So yeah—do it. Full send. Zero regrets. Believe the hype, believe the science, and prepare to be the person who casually says, “Sorry, can’t talk, I’m red-lighting.” 😂

I've only ever sauna-ed at spa spaces, never at home - which is a game changer. My neighbour recently got this - sweat before work, or after a workout (or karaoke) from your home is luxe! Plus the red light therapy is built in future focused! I'm hooked!

I purchased The Cardoba 2 Person Near Zero EMF Indoor Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna in early June. It arrived and was easy to assemble with just a little help for the weight of the sides. From the time I plugged it in I have been thrilled. It heats up quickly and when you step in it feels like you are stepping into Heaven!!! I love to set it at 135 and stay in for 25-30 minutes. It has eliminated all of my hip and lower back stiffness and pain. I can't say enough about the quality and worksmanship!!! It is just fabulous!!!

I just got my Peak Shasta sauna and I’m already in love! Delivery was smooth and seamless—it arrived right on time and in perfect condition, which was such a relief. The Peak team was amazing throughout the whole process, super responsive and helpful every step of the way. As a yogi and writer, I was hoping this would become a space to decompress and get inspired, and it absolutely is. I’ve already had a few brainstorm sessions inside and felt the ideas flowing. Plus, the red light therapy is no joke—my rosacea-prone skin is already looking calmer and less inflamed. So grateful I made the leap!

Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my Peak Saunas Shasta! Delivery was super smooth and assembly was a total breeze — I actually put it together solo in about 45 minutes (totally doable, but definitely easier with two people). The design is super sleek and modern, and it's compact enough to fit in my bedroom without feeling cramped. That said, it's still roomy enough for me to kick my feet up and fully relax.

The heat-up time blew me away — it hit 140 degrees in just 10 minutes, and within 20 minutes it was up to 158 and I was SWEATING. The XL red light therapy panel is HUGE — way bigger than I expected in the best way. I’m turning 40 this year and got this mainly for muscle recovery and anti-aging perks—and honestly, it already feels like one of the smartest things I’ve done for myself.

Also, shoutout to the Peak Saunas team — they were so friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Even though there was about a month delay (hey, it happens), it was so worth the wait. Hands down one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. If you're on the fence — just go for it!

The test of a good company is how they perform during adversity. I ordered my Shasta 1-Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna with XL Medical-Grade Red Light Therapy & Smart WiFi App Control just before tariffs were imposed which resulted in long delay in shipments. This was beyond their control but they never abandoned me in answering inquires quickly and honestly. Once the unit arrived, the assembly and performance were as advertised. A small issue was resolved with the teams continued help. Their service was above and beyond. Thank you!

Bought a Finnmark Designs hybrid 2.0 sauna.

Great sauna, very well designed and constructed. Went together easy and was up and running in less than an hour. While the sauna got hot enough, it did not reach 170 as advertised. Reached out to Finnmark directly and could get no response despite following their support process, even after several attempts over the course of 3 weeks. So I reached out to Peak. Rebecca from Peak customer support jumped right on the issue for me and directly facilitated interactions with technical support, even prompting technical support a couple times to get a status. I am sure without Rebecca I would never of received the attention from Finnmark I needed. The sauna issue was resolved after 5 weeks of interactions with the technician who finally sent a replacement heater panel. While the sauna is fine, I would be hesitant to get another Finnmark Designs sauna due to their poor customer service, excessive time spent convincing Finnmark that their sauna was not performing to the specifications. When the time comes to upgrade to a bigger sauna in the future, Peak is at the top of my list. I enjoy my sauna and use it almost daily, much appreciation to Rebecca and Peak for outstanding customer service !

If you are like me, you have been searching, researching and debating on the purchase of a sauna. Just do it! From the start I found the site easy to navigate and plenty of help to narrow down my search. The Peak team was there from the initial search through delivery and after to make sure everything is perfect with our new sauna. One helpful tip is that they are clear about what the electrical requirements are for your sauna and what type of plug you will need. The best sauna in the world will do you no good if you can't get it to turn on. That out of the way, next big issue was size. This was perfect for my wife and I to use together and for the space we wanted to put it. This fit perfectly on our covered back porch. Protected from the elements and we co go to the pool when we are finished. Delivery was simple. After ordering, I received a call on a Monday and it was delivered that Friday. One issue was I had to help the delivery driver move the pallet off the truck. Not Peak's fault, but that would have been an issue had I not been home for the delivery. It is a heavy pallet. It is perfectly packed to protect the contents. Breaking down the pallet and getting everything ready for construction was easy, just some heavy pieces. Only one required a little extra help from our kid, the front wall/door piece is a little heavier and needed an extra pair of hands to stabilize. Construction was simple, took longer just because we had some interruptions. Probably took 45-60 minutes in total. Started right up and began heating. We are in Florida, so starting temp was already 90. It got to 130 in under 10 minutes. I have used it six times in the first week. No problems at all. Syncing with my phone for some music is easy. Turn the red light on and sit back and relax. Stop reading this and go purchase yours now!
